Sending a project brief or contacting us through this website begins a conversation. It does not confirm that we have accepted a project, reserved availability, agreed a scope or price, or made a booking.

If we decide to take an enquiry forward, any commissioned work will be governed by the project documents supplied for that work. Those may include a proposal, Photo Services Contract, invoice, approved variation, usage licence and incorporated Service Terms.

These Website Terms do not replace or change those project documents. If there is a conflict about commissioned work, the terms accepted for that project will apply to that work.

The text, photography, graphics, branding, design, software and other material on this website are owned by Squared Studios or used with permission from their respective owners. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property laws where those rights apply.

You may view the website and make temporary copies created by your browser for ordinary use. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, license, commercially exploit or remove rights notices from website content unless the law permits it or the relevant rights holder gives you written permission.

Client names, trade marks, packaging and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not grant you a licence to use them.
